We don’t want to confuse you with a bunch of legal jargon. In fact, we don’t like it. But, for our own protection, and to keep you informed, we must have a Terms of Service. Your rights are never infringed, and we keep all of the information we get from you 110% private. If you ever have any questions about this policy or your privacy, please let us know. Who We Are:
SendItHome.net (the Site), is operated as an independent service of Dodge Story. He is not affiliated with any corporation in the operation of this software. On occasion, contracted staff may be asked to help develop or maintain certain parts of the site. In this case, access to the Site and your personal information will be restricted to need-to-know information only.

Your Private Information:
SendItHome considers your name, e-mail address, and files to be personally identifiable information. Therefore, we do not sell this information, we do not rent this information, and we do not trade this information. You may, however, sign up for updates from SendItHome, in which case we will retain your name and e-mail address to send you regular updates.

Your Responsibility:
SendItHome generally does not look at your files – we consider them to be personally identifiable information. However, by submitting your files, you grant us a perpetual license to look at your files in case we receive a spam report about your e-mail address. If this happens, we will generally send you an e-mail to inform you about this action. Note that we cannot tell you anything about the person whom submitted it a report.

Partnerships:
SendItHome works with educational and non-profit partners to display a single banner advertisement on the bottom of all pages we operate. Partners simply work with us to advertise a specific program, and do not have access to your information. On occasion, we may use general information collected from your browser (such as your general location, the time/date you visited SendItHome, and the browser that you are using. We never give your name, e-mail address or files to our partners, and any information that we do disseminate is anonymized.

Community Relationship:
Transparency is part of our creed. We make it a commitment to let you know about the things going on around the office. We maintain a blog, as well as inform you of any changes we make via a change log. We encourage your feedback, and while we do have comment moderation enabled, we will approve your comment if it is not spam, trolling, or abusive of our community features.
